Regulations about activities of TEPL “CDMRMS” (KORMS)
Testing engineering profile laboratory on the basis of Karaganda State Technical University was founded according to order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 15th March 2007 and Science Council’s resolution from 30th March 2007 (minutes #12)
The first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev N.A. during implementing the State program of forced industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan mentioned that we need to: “Create and develop pilot production areas in techno parks, industrial plants and zones, EFZ, business-incubators, National laboratories of the open type and laboratories of engineering profile…”.
Laboratories of engineering profile development is closely related with “…industrial innovative development of mining and metallurgical complex, which aim is creating of conditions for dynamical, predictable and competitive development of mining and metallurgical complex of country on the basis of innovation implementation, focused on obtaining highly technological and value added product oriented for export” (SPFIID for 2010-2014)
Goals and objectives of laboratory
− providing of access for native and foreign scientists to conduct researches;
− providing of access to students and masters to conduct researches;
− providing of scientific-research and development engineering works by scientists involved in scientific and technological activity;
− assistance in realization of scientific and technological programs and projects, including basic and applied projects in priority guidelines of science and technology development, assistance in preparation of master’s thesis and doctoral thesis in corresponding science line spheres;
− popularize new information and technologies;
− involving of students, postgraduates, doctoral applicants and young scientists into scientific-research and development engineering works;
− holding joint researches with native and foreign universities and science centers;
− arrangement of conditions for commercialization of scientific and (or) technological research results , for the purpose of attracting investments into high technology;
− assistance in developing state-private partnership mechanisms;
− effective usage of equipment for solving scientific and technological tasks in mining industry, geology and metallurgy;
− participating in international scientific and technological activity.

− methodical and consulting help in scientific-research and development engineering works conducting;
− methodical and consulting help in conducting of marketing research, trial test of new product samples, materials and engineering processes;

− provide high performance of works, control of qualitative and timely execution of researches, in accordance with approved tasks and programs;
− collection, storing and systematization of information about performed scientific-research and development engineering works subject to intellectual property rights, trade secrets and classified information legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
− professional development of TEPL “CDMRMS”, also training and retraining of personnel.

Andreyashenko V.A. Acting director of TEPL “CDMR”, associate professor, PhD.
Born on 13th February of 1983 in Temirtau.
Citizen of Kazakhstan.
In 2003, she graduated from Karaganda metallurgical institute, where she was given a qualification of “mechanical engineer” in “Metallurgy and technology of new materials”. In 2005, she obtained a Master’s degree in “Metallurgy and technology of new materials”. From September of 2006 to 2007, she worked at Karaganda State Industrial University as an assistant in the department of “Metal forming”. Between 2007 and 2010 she was promoted to the teacher of the department of “Metal forming” in KSIU. In 2010 she applied to a doctoral study in “Nanomaterials and nanotechnology”. In 2013 she defended her dissertation for the degree “Doctor of Philosophy” in Al-Farabi KazNU, where her theme was: “Development and studying method of obtaining nanostructural and subultra-fine-grained materials through plastic deformation methods”. From September of 2013, she became a senior teacher in the department of “Metal forming” of KSIU. From September of 2014 to March of 2014 she was a docent of the department of “Metal forming” of KSIU. From March of 2015 she became the docent of the “Metallurgy, materials science and nanotechnology” of Karaganda State Technical University.
Since September of 2015 she is the docent of “Nanotechnology and metallurgy” department of KSTU. Between November of 2009 and March of 2015 she carried out duty of head of QSM department in KSIU. During her work Andreyashenko V.A. published more than 80 scientific and educational-methodical works, the seven of them are in the Thomson Reuters base, she is author of 4 inventions. According to Thomson Reuters base her Hirsh index is equal to 1. Fields of scientific activities are obtaining nanostructural and subultra-fine-grained materials, development of new devices for intensive plastic deformation, managing structure and properties of metal materials. In 2014 she was awarded with State scientific scholarship for gifted young scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On 10th June of 2014 she became a corresponding member of The Russian Academy of Natural History. She was awarded a Medal of European scientific and industrial consortia — Wilhelm Leibnizs; a Medal of European scientific and industrial consortia — Premus inter pares; a Medal of European scientific and industrial consortia – Labore et Scientia. She was awarded the honorary title of RANH “Honored Worker of Science and Education”. Between May and September of 2015 she passed 94 week internship in Technical University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic. On 1st September of 2015 she was appointed as acting director of TEPL “CDMR”.
Demina Olesya Andreevna – laboratory engineer. From 1998 to 2003 she studied “Applied ecology” in Karaganda State Technical University.
Zhakupova Arailym Rimbekova – laboratory engineer. 2010 she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, where she studied “Mechanical engineering”.
Kobegen Erbolat Kobegenuly – laboratory engineer. From 2007 to 2011 he studied “Metallurgy” in Karaganda State Technical University. In 2013 he passed Master’s degree in “Metallurgy”. In 2013 graduated from Karaganda Economic University, where he studied “State and local government”.
Savelyeva Nadezhda Aleksandrovna – laboratory engineer. In 2006 graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, where she studied “Physical metallurgy and Heat treating”. In 2008 she passed Master’s degree in “Metallurgy”.
Ulmaganbetova Guldana Meirmanovna — laboratory engineer. In 2012 she graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University, where she studied “Chemical technology of inorganic compound”.
Suleimenova Guldana Sattarovna – laboratory technician. In 2012 she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, where she studied “Instrument making”.
